How to Pack a Painting for Transportation

If you are a regular customer we will arrange to collect and deliver.    

We make frequent runs to galleries in the Cotswolds, to the West and down along the M4 corridor. If you live in this area we can co-ordinate personal visits to you.

If you wish to personally pack and send your painting this can be done via G.P.O. and national delivery companies. They normally provide tracking facilities to enable you to monitor the progress if your package. We can provide you with advice on how to properly pack your oil painting if you choose to do so.     

There are companies based around the country who specialise in transporting antiques. Their service includes door to door collection and delivery plus safe and secure packing and insurance.     

If you are not too time conscious and can fit in with their routine schedules, their charges can be relatively modest considering the costs of personal transport today.
